For those new to Reborns and OOAK's or my Precious~Dreams babies, I am a long standing Artist within the world of Reborn and OOAK Babies, I have been offering my babies for adoption since 2003. I am the Owner of Simply Reborn Limited, who offer kits, supplies and classes.  I also teach live on a regular basis.

I am lucky to have over 20 of my babies displayed in a doll museum in the Czech Republic and they have now dedicated a section solely for my OOAK and Reborn babies.

I have had the honour of judging many Reborn and OOAK competitions over the years, including IDEX, Colliii and DD Awards, and have been featured in many magazine and news paper articles, including having 2 front cover babies for Discover Dolls magazine.

Baby Taylor really does look and feel like a real newborn baby, he is so sweet and very realistic.  I have given him the most beautiful soft newborn complexion.  You can not help, but look at this sweet baby and think he really is real!  Taylor has totally captured my heart and I am going to find it hard to send him to a new home,  but I am confident that he will bring years of pleasure to his new family.

Baby Taylor has my classic Precious Non-Painted look.

All of the colour you see is contained within the vinyl surface, not painted inside, but painted on the outside in such micro thin layers of paint. The technique I use allows the paint to actually soak into the vinyl surface, I then cured it to give such an authentic look and feel to the skin. This baby has a multitude of baby blemishes, milk spots and the tiniest capillaries.

I have taken some really close photographic shots of Taylor, you would not see this close with the naked eye, but I wanted you to see the beautiful detail in this baby's skin! Taylor's lips have been realistically coloured and then sealed with a satin varnish for durability.

I have NOT used any texture on this baby, so his skin still feels soft and smooth to the touch.

Taylor has beautiful painted hair, I have always painted my OOAK preemie sculpts and always loved the effect and illusion of very fine down like hair. Each strand of hair is individually painted to give a real sense of depth. He has a beautiful swirled crown and the finest down like hairs around her forehead.

I know painted hair is not to everyone’s taste, but it really does have to be seen to appreciate the realism it portraits.  Taylor has the softest baby brown hair and beautifully painted eyebrows to frame his amazing blue eyes. I have not given Taylor eyelashes as I did not want to take away that just born look when the babies lashes are so fine they are almost invisible, however if you would like me to apply some fine lashes I would be happy to do so.

Taylor has a German made white doe suede body, he has traditional cotter pin (as used in quality artist bears) jointed shoulders and hips which make posing him just so easy. There are NO cable ties used on this gorgeous baby boy.

Taylor is filled with a combination of glass beads, baby fat and faux fleece; he is very soft and cuddly. His limbs are weighted with chrystalight ultra granule glass beads making him the most life like and balanced babe.
