For those new to Reborns and OOAK's or my Precious~Dreams babies, I am a long standing Artist within the World of Reborn and OOAK Babies, I have been offering my babies for adoption since 2003. I am a Tutor for Simply Reborn Online Classes and I also teach live on a regular basis, I have been producing Doll Kits for the Reborn Market since 2005.

I have been lucky enough to Judge many Reborn and OOAK competition over the years, including IDEX, Colliii and DD Awards, and have been featured in many Magazine and news paper articles, including having 2 front cover babies for Discover Dolls Magazine. Many of my OOAK and Reborn Babies are on display in the Bohemian Doll Museum.

I won best OOAK of the show, and Best Mini OOAK at IDEX 2009 and also scooped 2nd place OOAK at the Discover Dolls Show 2009.  I have produced kits through Simply Reborn which have won prizes in the Colliii Awards three years in a row.

Baby Julchen really does look and feel like a real newborn baby, he is so sweet and very realistic. As you look into this sweet baby's eyes you will not be able to help but love his sweet face :)

I have given Julchen the most beautiful Newborn Mottled complexion.   You can not help, but look at this sweet baby and think he really is real! Julchen has totally captured my heart and I am going to find it hard to send him to a new home, but I am confident that he will bring years of pleasure to his new Mum.

All of the colour you see is contained within the vinyl surface, not painted inside, but painted on the outside in such micro thin layers of paint. The technique I use allows the paint to actually soak into the vinyl surface, I then cured it to give such an authentic look and feel to his skin.  

I have taken some really close shots of Julchen, you would not see this close with the naked eye, but I wanted you to see the beautiful detail in this baby's skin! Julchen's lips have been realistically coloured and then sealed with a satin varnish for durability. I have NOT used any texture on this baby, so his skin still feels soft and smooth to the touch.

Julchen has beautiful Painted hair, I have always painted my OOAK Preemie sculpts and always loved the effect and illusion of very fine down like hair. Each strand of hair is individually painted to give a real sense of depth.

I know painted hair is not to everyone’s taste, but it really does have to be seen to appreciate the realism it portraits.  Julchen has baby Brown hair and beautifully painted eyebrows and human hair micro rooted eyelashes.

The main feedback I have had from my Customers is that unlike rooted hair, with painted hair you can dress baby and cuddle them until your heart is content without ever having to restyle the hair. Baby will remain exactly as you received him, without ever having the fear of the hair shedding or loosing it's condition :O)

Julchen has a German made white doe suede body, he has traditional cotter pin (As used in quality Artist bears) jointed shoulders and hips which make posing him just so easy. There are NO cable ties used on this gorgeous baby boy.

He is filled with a combination of glass beads, baby fat and faux fleece; he is very soft and cuddly. His limbs are weighted with ultra granule glass beads making him the most life like and balanced babe.
