For those new to Reborns and OOAK's or my Precious~Dreams babies, I am a long standing Artist within the World of Reborn and OOAK Babies, I have been offering my babies for adoption since 2003. I am a Tutor for Simply Reborn Online Classes and I also teach live on a regular basis, I have been producing Doll Kits for the Reborn Market since 2005.

I have been lucky enough to Judge many Reborn and OOAK competition over the years, including IDEX, Colliii and DD Awards, and have been featured in many Magazine and news paper articles, including having 2 front cover babies for Discover Dolls Magazine. Many of my OOAK and Reborn Babies are on display in the Bohemian Doll Museum.

I won best OOAK of the show, and Best Mini OOAK at IDEX 2009 and also scooped 2nd place OOAK at the Discover Dolls Show 2009.  I have produced kits through Simply Reborn which have won prizes in the Colliii Awards three years in a row.

I have taken the greatest care possible when painting this precious baby, each set of skin tones is laid down individually in such a way that the paint soaks into the vinyl leaving a flawless finish.

One of my favourite parts of the reborning process is making each baby ''feel'' real, I weight my babies so that they have the perfect balance, Buba's head will still need to be supported when you lift him. You certainly know you have this baby in your Arms, he is the size and feel of a 5 month old baby.

 

Baby Debdan really does look and feel like a real baby of around 5 Months old, he is so sweet and very realistic. You certainly know when you have this baby in your arms!

I have given Debdan the most beautiful Biracial Asian complexion.   You can not help, but look at this sweet baby and think he really is real! Debdan has totally captured my heart and I am going to find it hard to send him to a new home, but I am confident that he will bring years of pleasure to his new Mum.

Baby Debdan has my classic Precious Non-Painted look.

All of the colour you see is contained within the vinyl surface, not painted inside, but painted on the outside in such micro thin layers of paint. The technique I use allows the paint to actually soak into the vinyl surface, I then cured it to give such an authentic look and feel to his skin.  

I have taken some really close shot of Debdan, you would not see this close with the naked eye, but I wanted you to see the beautiful detail in this baby's skin! Debdan's lips have been realistically coloured and then sealed with a satin varnish for durability. I have used a very slight texture on this baby, I wanted to give him that authentic almost grainy look to his skin that is very often seen on darker skinned babies, the texture I have used has been applied very carefully so as not to spoil his soft skin.

 

What Hair? ... This baby is Beautifully Bald!

Debdan has beautifully painted eyebrows and human hair micro rooted eyelashes.

Debdan has a German made white doe suede body, he has traditional cotter pin (As used in quality Artist bears) jointed shoulders and hips which make posing him just so easy. There are NO cable ties used on this gorgeous baby boy.

He is filled with a combination of glass beads, baby fat and faux fleece; he is very soft and cuddly. His limbs are weighted with ultra granule glass beads making him the most life like and balanced babe.

Much time, love and commitment goes into each baby I create and for this reason I will no longer be accepting any Customer orders, My babies will only be available for sale on my Website/Shop or at the Doll Shows I exhibit at.
