For those new to Reborns and OOAK's or my Precious~Dreams babies, I am a long standing Artist within the World of Reborn and OOAK Babies, I have been offering my babies for adoption since 2003. I am a Tutor for Simply Reborn Online Classes and I also teach Live Classes on a regular basis.

I have been lucky enough to Judge many Reborn and OOAK competition over the years, including IDEX, Colliii and DD Awards, and have been featured in many Magazine and news paper articles, including having 2 front cover babies for Discover Dolls Magazine.  The Bohemian Doll Museum in the Czech Republic have purchased and commissioned many of my OOAK and Reborn babies.

Baby Beatrice really does look and feel like a real new born baby, she is so sweet and very realistic. I have always loved the detail which Elisa puts into her doll kits, and this kit is no exception, the little wrinkles in the hands and feet are just out of this world!

I have given Beatrice the most beautiful  soft newborn complexion.  You can not help, but look at this sweet baby and think she really is real! Little Beatrice has totally captured my heart and I am going to find it hard to send her to a new home, but I am confident that she will bring years of pleasure to her new Mum. She has a multitude of baby blemishes, deep veining, capillaries and Millia.

Baby Beatrice has my classic Precious Non-Painted look.

All of the colour you see is contained within the vinyl surface, not painted inside, but painted on the outside in such micro thin layers of paint. The technique I use allows the paint to actually soak into the vinyl surface, I then cured it to give such an authentic look and feel to her skin.  

I have taken some really close shots of Beatrice, you would not see this close with the naked eye, but I wanted you to see the beautiful detail in this baby's skin! Beatrice's lips have been realistically coloured and then sealed with a satin varnish for durability. I have NOT used any texture on this baby, so her skin still feels soft and smooth to the touch.

Beatrice has beautiful Painted hair, I have always painted my OOAK Preemie sculpts and always loved the effect and illusion of very fine down like hair. Each strand of hair is individually painted to give a real sense of depth. She has a beautiful swirled crown.

I know painted hair is not to everyone’s taste, but it really does have to be seen to appreciate the realism it portraits.  Beatrice has baby Brown hair and beautifully painted eyebrows, I decided not to give her eyelashes as I didn't want her face to look too "dolly" so instead I have shaded her eyelids for a very newborn look.

Beatrice has a  doe suede body custom made by Elisa Marx, she has disc jointed shoulders and her legs being full are attached directly to her body. Posing her is a real pleasure. Her head turns easily for those really cute little poses.

Beatrice is filled with a combination of glass beads, baby fat and faux fleece; she is very soft and cuddly. Her limbs are weighted with ultra granule glass beads making her the most life like and balanced babe.

Please remember Precious Beatrice is not intended as a toy, she is a quality Collector Doll.  Beatrice contains a small "Earth Magnet" these magnets are very strong and can effect Electrical equipment such as pacemakers, if you would like the Magnetic Dummy removed, please let me know.
