For those new to Reborns and OOAK's or my Precious~Dreams babies, my name is Ruth, I am a military wife and mother to 5 fantastic children, I am a long standing Artist within the World of Reborn and OOAK Babies, I have been offering my babies for adoption now since 2003 and have adopted out over 300 babies to happy new Mums.

I am a Master Artist Tutor on the Simply Reborn Ltd. online classes, established in 2003 and having had over 1000 Reborn Artists pass through our classes. We have a great team of Master Artists offering their knowledge and guidance to our members. I LOVE to help other achieve their goals in the wonderful Art of Reborns.

I was one of the Judges for the IDEX Reborn Competition in the USA in 2007 & 2010, this was a great honour. Baby Analisa really does look and feel like a real baby, I really wanted to give her very subtle mottled skin tones, she has the most beautiful soft complexion without forgoing any of the depth that real skin has, the detail in her skin is simply amazing! 

I fell in love with this baby from the moment she arrived with me as an OOAK sculpture, I have nurtured her journey to create this amazing kit, and to see her finally as a Reborn baby is just fantastic! Thank you to Maribel for sharing such an amazing sculpting talent!

You can not help, but look at this sweet baby and think she really is real!  I am going to find it so very hard to send her to a new home, but I am confident that she will bring years of pleasure to her new Mum.

Baby Analisa has my classic Precious Non-Painted look.

All of the colour you see is contained within the vinyl surface, not painted inside, but painted on the outside in such micro thin layers of paint.

The technique I use allows the paint to actually soak into the vinyl surface, I then cured it to give such an authentic look and feel to her skin.  I have taken some really close shots of Analisa's face,
You would not see this close with the naked eye, but I wanted you to see the beautiful detail in this baby's skin!

Analisa has the softest hair ever! I have used the finest Slumberland Mohair, which is baby fine and has a beautiful natural sheen. I have hand rooted (4-5 strands in each follicle) her hair so that it is a little thicker as she is a slightly older baby, I have then Micro rooted (1-2 strands in each follicle) the fine baby down hairs around her face. Analisa's hair can be easily styled by damping it, combing through then just teasing it to form her beautiful soft curls. Her hair has been sealed from within so that it can be gently washed.

Analisa has a German made doe suede body, she has cotter pin jointed shoulders and hips which make posing her just so easy.   She is filled with a combination of baby fat and faux fleece in her body;  Her limbs are weighted with ultra granule glass beads which is contained within fabric. Her little head is weighted using glass beads and fibre fill,  making her the most life like and balanced babe.  "You just can not help but LOVE this baby"
